My interest in guitar building began in 1994. I have had the privilege,

 of working closely with many Master Luthiers,

 to learn the intricacies of producing world class,

"Custom Handmade American" instruments.

I have combined all of my knowledge into my own series of instruments.

I've built Hundreds of Custom Instruments over the years,

with many Customers "Worldwide".

Our goal is to work closely with You, the customer,

to get an instrument that is customized, and built to Your specifications.

At Short Mountain Guitars;

We only use the finest grades of exotic, and native hardwoods available.

Only the finest grades of spruce are used on our soundboards.

We use pre-war style X-bracing on our tops,

which are scalloped and tap tuned...

We offer several different body styles, neck configurations,

and scale lengths to match your needs.

We also build a wide range of  "Resophonic" instruments,

in both square and round neck models.

All of our "Resophonic" guitars are made of solid wood for true rich tones...

We employ rich "Vintage Nitrocellulose Lacquer" for all our instruments.

Many different finishes are available, all buffed to a brilliant "Mirror" finish.

Each instrument comes with a new Hard Shell case.

We also have a exclusive line of our instruments in stock.

Several "Pick-Up" packages are available.
